Triple Oak Farm

 Property Description
Triple Oak Farm

Six miles north of Inman, SC on the shores of Lake Bowen, sits Triple Oak Farm where the 6th generation landowners raise horses, mules, cattle, goats, and chickens for personal use and to support a Christian youth rodeo. Due to length of family ownership, the farm is registered as a South Carolina Century Farm. Much of the original farm property now lies under the waters of Lake Bowen due to eminent domain by the county in the 1950’s, but the remaining acreage is located on the lake's northern shore, having 1,750 feet of frontage on the lake and a tributary called Turkey Creek. The property has both historical and modern barns and sheds that are used to support the farm and equestrian activities, and the landowner is interested in converting the oldest barn into a Horse Motel for travelers who need a place to park their camper and board their horse while traveling.
