Property Description
The North Fork Edisto Tract features a variety of habitat types including fields, a pond, a seep, and a riparian hardwood forest, all supporting abundant and healthy wildlife populations. The Property supports excellent populations of both game and nongame wildlife including white-tailed deer, gray squirrels, rabbits, wild turkey, mourning dove, ducks and various avian, reptile, amphibian, and aquatic species. This Property will also protect water quality along approximately 2,024 Feet of the North Fork Edisto River. The Edisto River flows through the ACE Basin supplying surface water to cities and towns toward the Atlantic Ocean.
