Property Description

This tract is a historic property acting as a botanical garden and urban park. The gardens hold many rare plants andRosemont along with the home on the site, will be fully restored and open for educational use as well as to the public. This was the birthplace of Ann Pamela Cunningham in 1816 who became the first person to accomplish public preservation by obtaining and preserving Mt. Vernon in 1858. Rosemont is currently on the National Historic register.
