Keeowee Toxaway Ext Tract

Property Description

The 154-acre Keowee Extension tract occupies nearly a mile of frontage along the KeoweeCherokee Foothills National Scenic Highway in Pickens County. This property borders Keowee State Park on the western edge and Jocassee Gorge Wilderness Area to the east. Tucked away behind the road, the property is teeming with black bear and whitetail deer, which forage on the Skinned Pine Ridge and down through the watershed until reaching Little Eastatoee Creek. Large boulders and granite outcroppings offer refuge for large mammals and several den sites for black bear have been identified.
