Property Description

Jimmy Calder's land is 56.5 acres of prime farm land in Mullins, South Carolina. The Conservation Bank contributed 25% of the funds to match funds contributed by the United States Department of Agriculture’s funds from the Farm and Ranchland Protection Program. The conservation easement placed on these farmlands will help ensure that community farming does not get paved over by development. This property was in danger of being developed before the Bank stepped in to help.
