The Plum Creek Timberlands Tract is 35 acres in Dorchester County that borders Four Hole Swamp. This is a portion of a 701 acre parcel located at US Highway 15/I-26 interchange that is currently unprotected and vulnerable to industrial/commercial and/or residential development. This tract contains loblolly pine plantations for ages 7-10 and 18-20 years as well as an acre of isolated wetlands that creates important wildlife habitats. plum creek
