Property Description

This tract is located on Old River Road in the Cowassee Basin where it should act as a lynchpin tract in the Santee Waterfowl Corridor. The owners are dedicated to educating young hunters on outdoor ethics and safety through the summer camp which involves over 300 youth on the 195 acre impoundment. They have agreed to enter into an MOU for public draw hunts. This tract is critical for the growth of waterfowl and an economic boost in the area.
