Property Description

The Harper Family Home Place is priority tract within the Savannah River Preserve. The Savannah River Preserve is a voluntary program in which landowners place easements on their property for the low price of $200-$250 an acre. This tract of land has been managed for timber and wildlife and the owners will continue to provide a forest management plan subject to review by The Nature Conservancy.
