Property Description

Henry Farms North is located on St. Helena Island, a vital cultural and historic rural area identified on the Beaufort County "Greenprint". The property has been in continual agricultural operation for at least three generations. The current plan is to transfer the property to the Center for Heirs' Property Preservation to manage as a demonstration site for sustainable agriculture and forestry practices.
