The property is a family-owned vineyard where the owners grow vine-ripened black Spanish grapes, blackberries, blueberries, and a variety of muscadines. Although the property is a working farm, a significant forest canopy exists. In addition, nearly 4,000 feet of tributary stream frontage on McKinney Creek traverses the property on the north and western portions of the property.
