Property Description

The Black River Landing Tract is comprised of 19 acres of upland pine habitat associated with the Black River watershed which is well-known for its rich wildlife habitat values, supporting the full spectrum of biodiversity from game species to threatened and endangered species. This tract is a critical addition to Rocky Point Community Forest and is the site of one of the historic ricefield plantations along the Black River.
