The 64.71-acre Bishop Branch Pastures tract is located approximately four miles from the Town of Pendleton and is utilized for agriculture and wildlife habitat.  With over 15 acres of wetlands and over 34 acres of prime farmland soils, this property is part of the 3 & 20 Creek Watershed focus area established by Upstate Forever which encompasses land critical to the region’s water quality. The waterways within this watershed feed into an important drinking water source, Lake Hartwell serving over 200,000 customers in Anderson and Pickens Counties.
