This tract is located in the area between scenic HWY #11 and SC #178. The area is extremely diverse containing multiple rare and threatened flora and fauna species.  The  tract is currently under DNR management and is open to the public for hunting and fishing. The property has 9,900 feet of frontage on Nine Times Creek.
