Pinnacle Partners Tracts

Property Description

Pinnacle Partners Tracts are managed for forestry and wildlife on the pinnacle partnersbanks of the Sandy and Broad Rivers in the middle of the US Sumter National Forest with a diversity of habitats and forest areas including loblolly pine stands and hardwood hillside and riparian areas. There are healthy populations of all major game species in South Carolina on these tracts. The hardwood areas along the rivers and the impoundment are very attractive to a variety of species including many migrating duck species, wood ducks, egrets, herons and birds of prey.
