Morrow Creek TimbersMorrow Creek Timbers is nestled in the idyllic countryside of Abbeville County, just east of the Generostee Creek. The property consists primarily of hardwoods and features a spectacular array of wildlife. The property is home to wildlife such as white-tailed deer, beaver, turkey, grey and red fox, bobcats, coyotes, hogs, black bear, and two unique coveys of quail. The 6-acre pond and 30 acres of forested wetlands provide habitat for Wood Ducks, Black Ducks, Merganser, Mallards, Teal, Woodcocks, and Canada Geese. 

One acre of public access is provided adjacent to Old Rocky River Presbyterian Cemetery, which dates back to the 1700's. Access will be available from 7am until 7pm every day of the year. Notification of landowner is required. Contact Upstate Forever for more information.
