Moore PropertyThe 56-acre tract is located 6.2 miles southwest of the city of Seneca, South Carolina, and 6.7 miles east of the city of Westminster South Carolina. All of Oconee County continues to see the effect of rural development. The location of this parcel between two growing municipalities gives concern about the ability to keep it from the pressures of development. This property fronts SC Hwy. 24 and is located between the SC Scenic Hwy 11 corridor and Interstate 85 corridor. This is a family farm acquired from the owners' parents.
