Property Description

This tract is an important part of the Chauga River watershed, and it is located very close to ChauRam Park. The tract has a 100 feet buffer on all creeks as well as 1.5 miles of frontage on the Chauga River with public access allowed for educational purposes, church groups and scout troops with permission from the landowner. The tract has good timber management and a diverse wildlife habitat.
