Hickory Hills

Property Description

Hickory Hills is a 315-acre, immaculately-managed hunting property Hickory Hillslocated just outside the small town of Jonesville, SC. This property has approximately 290 acres of forested land cover, 12,000 feet of streams, 80 acres of wetlands, and a 7-acre fluctuating duck pond. These features benefit water quality and contribute to the wildlife diversity of the property. Hickory Hills part of land once owned by General James Means and his family. Members of the Means family served as soldiers and generals in the Revolutionary War, the War of 1812 and the Civil War. Structures associated with the historical Means House located on an adjacent tract still stand on this property, including slave quarters and barns.
