Property Description

The Henderson Tract, an old dairy farm, is combined with other properties to encompass 800 acres along the Reedy River. These tracts are around the Lake Conestee area. A main objective of the Henderson Farms Tract is to use the land as an upstate wildlife recovery center and a native plant arboretum. The Henderson Tract is critical as a refuge for wildlife as well as providing much needed outdoor recreation space for the citizens of upstate South Carolina.
