The North Enoree Wetland Tract contains 34 acres of bottomland hardwood forest and Piedmont Seep habitat intersperses with braided streams that flow into the North Enoree River. The property is almost entirely a wetland that is fueled by tributaries of the North Enoree and the Piedmont seeps that drain into the River. It is located directly off Tigerville Road, a major thoroughfare in Travelers Rest. With general public access, this property will facilitate easy access for universities, hikers and other forms of passive recreation. This tract's boundaries fall within close proximity to four established preserves.
