Property Description

On the Segars Mill property, there is one large pond and eight smaller ponds present. Beaver Dam Creek feeds into the large pond which is home to trophy sized largemouth bass. The land is also home to a great number of white-tailed deer, wild turkey, quail, woodcocks, great blue herons and screech and barred owls. This property is special because there is a largely undisturbed Carolina Bay present.
