Property Description

The Douglas B. Sheorn property is characterized by stands of planted pine,Douglas mixed hardwoods, wildlife openings, and bottomland hardwoods. The property has significant elevation changes, rising sharply from the floodplain of Beaver Creek to hilltops that offer sweeping vistas of the Beaver Creak drainage south and the Stonboro/Liberty Hill are to the northwest. Managed forest lands surround the property and adjacent tract are primarily recreational hunting lands. The primary use of the Sheorn property is for the recreation with the primary activities game management and hunting.
