Property Description
The Lawton Boggy tract is key acquisition to the Savannah River Preserve. The Savannah River Preserve program is an all-volunteer program started by concerned landowners who wish to see the areas along the Savannah River protected from encroaching development. This tract has 16 acres of bottomland along Boggy Branch, a Savannah River tributary. This area, which borders the Webb Center, is known for harboring tremendous biodiversity for birds.
