J.M. Shelley Tract

Property Description

The Shelley family land is part of the Conservation Bank's commitment to JMScontinuous family farming in South Carolina. These four tracts of land are located in the town of Nichols in Horry County near the rapidly growing Myrtle Beach. Before funds were made available to save the farms, this land had been appraised to be subdivided and developed. The Conservation Bank along with the Farm and Ranch Land Protection Program and the National Resource Conservation Service provided funds to ensure this cluster of family farms will continue to thrive into the future.
