Property Description

Crab Orchard Plantation is part of the Savannah River Conservation Program. The Program is a voluntary effort by landowners to preserve lands along the Savannah River. The Crab Orchard tract has 3.5 miles of frontage along the Savannah River. The tract also has wetlands and bottomland hardwood forests.
