Property Description

The Batten-Boggy Tract is located in Hampton County approximately 4 miles west of the Town of Garnett and encompasses 315 acres of heavily forested land dominated by upland pine and bottomland hardwood swamp. A total of 112 acres of wetlands occur on the property including bottomland hardwoods, gum ponds, and pine hardwood flats. Uplands consists of 138 acres of planted loblolly pine, 13 acres of hardwood hammock, 11 acres of open wildlife food plot, and 41 acres of cutover/open lands.
