Property Description

The MillRho Investments, LLC property is comprised of upland pine plantations, bottomland hardwoods, isolated wetlands, mixes hardwood forests, open meadows, and sand ridges. Although the property is managed impressively for wildlife by itself, when placed in the larger landscape of protected farms and forests, the wildlife habitat value in impressive. This property has been occupied for centuries by Native Americans and settlers. The two cemeteries on the property are in relatively good condition, with markers dating back to the 1800s. In addition, the Orangeburg Stagecoach road runs through the property, which used to be a significant thoroughfare in the region.
