This tract is located on part of the "High Hills of the Santee"Simmons overlooking the upper Santee Swamp, the Palmetto Trail, and neighboring forests. The property contains farm land and wetlands. The tract is part of the Cowassee Basin and is next to Manchester State Forest and the Palmetto Trail.
