Property Description

The Harper Place tract of land is part of the Savannah River Preserve Program. This program is made up of voluntary landowners who wish to place easements on their land for the low price of $200-$250 an acre. The lands within the Preserve Program contain valuable wetlands, uplands and forestlands, which represent critical habitat and flood control areas.
