Property Description
Fox Tindal Farm Tract is 199.56 acres consisting of mostly cleared or open lands with a small portion of forested lands and wetlands in Clarendon County. This tract is managed for forestry and wildlife near the COWSSE Basin area and within the "waterfowl corridor" of Lake Marion. A diversity of habitats and forest areas occur here, including loblolly pine stands, mixed pine-hardwoods and agriculture fields. These natural habitats help several species of birds, mammals, reptiles, and amphibians thrive. There are also bottom lands along Big Branch Creek.
