Property Description

Located in the high hills of Santee, the Cowassee Basin, and the Wateree rivershed, this tract is home to a confederate burial grounds and a historic Native American location dating back to the Revolutionary War. Mill Pond, a 165 acre lake on the property, was established for colonial commerce in 1732.
