Property Description

This tract represents the first grant in Clarendon County by the Conservation Bank. The tract is a family farm and also acts as a waterfowl hunting property. This is in the area known as the Santee Waterfowl Corridor and is the first project to go up and down the Upper Santee Swamp. This tract will be used for controlled waterfowl hunting while also aiding in water quality for the area.
