Property Description

Burbage Farm is a magnificent parcel of relatively undeveloped property traversed by the braided streams of the Coosawhatchie River and Cowpen Creek in Hampton County. The property is currently used for hunting, timber, and agricultural activities. It is prominently visible by the public from Gray's Highway, having approximately 1,500 feet of scenic road frontage. Burbage Farm contains a diversity of relatively natural habitats including agricultural field, variously aged planted pine stands, mixed upland forest, forested wetlands, scrub-shrub bottomland, and hardwood swamp, all of which can support a variety of floral and faunal species.
